By entering this portal and operating any simulation node, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. If you disagree with any portion of these regulations, you are denied permission to access TECH ENERGISE and must terminate your session immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Protocols

All content, including but not limited to JavaScript simulator code, SVG vector models, equation graphics, CSS presets, data schemas, and mathematical datasets, is the exclusive intellectual property of TECH ENERGISE and its contributors. All rights are reserved globally.

You are explicitly prohibited from performing the following activities:

• Scraping, downloading, or mirroring simulation scripts for commercial deploy.
• Decompiling, modifying, or redistributing simulator logic engines.
• Sub-licensing, renting, or selling access to our computational tools.
• Removing or modifying any copyright labels or mathematical credits.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must interact with the website in a constructive manner. Any attempt to upload malicious code, exploit the contact form, inject scripts, or execute Denial of Service (DoS) attacks against our simulation network will result in immediate blockage and reporting to standard academic and legal nodes.

4. Simulation Reference & Hyperlinking

Educational institutions, professors, and search engines are permitted to hyperlink directly to our catalog or individual simulations for learning purposes. Framing our tools inside iframes or using content extraction scripts to wrap our modules without clear visual branding and credit to TECH ENERGISE is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Technical Service

We do not guarantee that the simulator server will run continuously without latency, rendering errors, or calculation offsets. Service may be paused periodically for algorithm updates, structural maintenance, or database indexing.
