Privacy Protocol

Document Code: PR-2026-TE • Last Revised: July 16, 2026

At TECH ENERGISE, accessible via our interactive simulation portal, we operate under a strict commitment to academic integrity and digital privacy. This Privacy Protocol outlines the classifications of data we monitor, collect, and secure during your interactions with our interactive models, experiments, and contact forms.

1. Scope and Consent

By utilizing our laboratory models, scientific calculators, and education grid systems, you hereby acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Protocol. If you do not agree with these operations, please terminate use of the portal.

2. Data Gathering & Classifications

We collect minimal personal data necessary to maintain a stable, accessible educational service. Data collection manifests under the following actions:

  • Communication Records: When you submit queries via our contact form, we collect your name, email address, message contents, and relevant network metadata via Google Apps Script.
  • Experiment Telemetry: We collect non-personal query values (such as search inputs, clicked simulation ids, and active grade filters) to measure engagement metrics.
  • Local System Parameters: Device configurations (browser rendering engine, viewport geometry) are processed locally to optimize canvas scale and frame rates.

3. Log Telemetry and Analytical Metrics

Like standard high-fidelity computational nodes, TECH ENERGISE logs server transactions. These records include Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser distributions, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), date/time signatures, and referral exit vectors. This information is strictly utilized to debug web execution, optimize asset delivery, and verify server resilience; it is not combined with personal identifier databases.

4. Cookie Deployments and State Persistence

We deploy basic browser-level cookies and local storage tokens to store system preferences. These tokens prevent state resetting during navigation (such as maintaining your active grade filters or retaining recently calculated simulation scores). You can toggle cookie permissions via your browser settings; however, certain visual models and local cache states may lose persistent settings.

5. Third-Party Integrations and Scripts

This simulation portal interfaces with Google Web Services (including Google Apps Script API endpoints for form submissions). These services maintain separate, independent privacy policies. We do not transmit simulation inputs or educational metrics to external commercial ad brokers.

6. Protection of Underage Users

TECH ENERGISE provides interactive education resources suitable for secondary and university education. We do not intentionally process or store Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you suspect that an underage user has submitted communications data to our database, please contact our network administration instantly, and we will take immediate steps to prune the records.
